how can you make your own high tech website?
this one guy made his own website it is called “Youtech.tv”. i want to be able to make a website like that. Youtech is like Youtube.

First learn HTML, PHP, JavaScript, Java, and Flash. Then get money on PayPal, buy a good domain and webhosting.
Best thing to do if you are an amateur programmer. Go to http://www.hotscripts.com or sourceforge.com and download a script from there. Up load that script as it is to your server space and update all the database information and customize how it looks.
Good luck, I started out that way and now I have more than 50 fully working websites to my portfolio. :)

more info, what do you want to do on the site? why don’t you speak to the site adminstrator?
If you can’t program it then you’ll have to hire a programmer and possibly a graphic designer.
